Booking fees is refundable however an administrative charge of RM500 will be imposed for the booking cancellation.

3. Does Zuwen Bina Sdn Bhd appointed any law firm for discount rate for legal and consultation fees?

No, Zuwen Bina Sdn Bhd does not appointed any law firm for discount rate for legal consultation fee.

4. What are the possible costs that may involve to own a property in Malaysia?

5. Can I change my unit after I booked and placed the deposit?

No modification is allowed after the booking and deposit payment is done.

6. Can I change the purchaser name after the booking is done?

No, you are not allowed to change the purchaser name after the booking is done.
